Refund and Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for pianos within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original condition, packaging, and has not been used or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call (208) 555-7890. We will provide instructions for shipping the piano back to our facility at 123 Maple Street, Boise, ID 83702.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned piano, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your piano arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund upon receiving proof of the damage.

5. Non-Refundable Items
Customized or personalized pianos are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a defect in the product.
